What makes my method different
The main difference between my coaching method and other techniques (such as traditional nutrition) is that I see the person as a whole. Following the principles of Ayurveda, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. For me, eating healthy is not about following a diet, establishing restrictions, or a set of rules to obey. As a consequence, I don’t advocate a specific way of eating, since I have studied a wide range of dietary theories (from paleo to vegan, keto, macrobiotics, Ayurveda and many more), and I know that what works for someone might be fatal for another person.
Instead, my role as Certified Holistic Health Coach specialized in Ayurveda and Gut Health is to guide you and help you identify in which areas you need to pay more attention so that you can set clear goals and work to achieve them. Our body has the amazing power of healing itself by itself. So listening to it and experiencing by ourselves what works best for our unique being is the best we can do to improve our lives. I will be there to support you in your journey, hold you accountable, and help you establish sustainable lifelong changes.
