Give yourself some self-care time to reconnect and go back to balance. In each retreat, we work around a specific topic, such as regaining your energy, learning how to manage your emotions, etc.
It includes daily yoga and meditation sessions, healthy food, and talks around Ayurveda and other holistic health, wellness, and personal development topics. An opportunity to learn, explore yourself, and meet like-minded people.
